At Awe Inspired, we want you to feel empowered by your purchase; if your jewelry doesn't resonate with you, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place your jewelry in its original Awe Inspired pouch and box, then secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
